Typically, the process for a small restoration project is a minimum of three days. This is split in to the repair section, stripping & deep cleaning, resealing & polishing. This may of course take longer depending on the severity of the repairs and cleaning.

While we try to be as flexible as possible, there are a few instances where we would advise keeping off of the floor. Any tiles laid on new adhesive will require about 24 hours to set completely and the resealing process is usually requires a 2-4 hour no-walk time. We will always inform you of when you should keep off of the floor and try to work with your schedule a much as possible.

Typically you will not need to locate matching tiles by yourself. We have a large stockpile of original Minton tiles that we use to replace damaged or missing tiles. There are options for using reproduction tiles that our team will discuss with you at the start of any project.
